This avoids a 3-4 week turn-around time required if you had to ship a heater back to the manufacturer for warranty or repair.

• We have a Nationwide Service Program - We do not require you to ship the unit back to us for support or service! This means you will never be without your heater. We provide warranty and repair parts quickly and directly to you and authorize warranty repairs. Or if needed you can get repairs through our closest service center or an appliance repair shop of your choosing.
